School Council for May
The next School Council Meeting is this coming Wednesday, May 15 at 6:30 PM in the Archives Room. All parents and staff are welcome to attend.
Parents may note a change to our website. We have made the change to help better feature major events as well as to get rid of or move items that people are not browsing.
Parent Notices are now included in the School Blogroll, which has a couple major advantages: first, it allows these important parent notices to be posted to the Latest News section on our homepage; second, it means anyone registered to receive notifications on the School's General Blog will automatically receive these messages.
As our primary method of communication within the Ross Sheppard community is SchoolZone, parents are highly encouraged to actively check SchoolZone and read the notification emails that you get everytime we make a SchoolZone update. However, this change to our Parent Notices on the website is another way to help make information readily accessible. Click on the Parent Notices on the link to the left, then enter your email address and Subscribe at the top of that page to receive all these updates by email. Or, if you want to receive updates for all the school blogs, follow the same instructions after clicking the School Blog link on the left.

Registration Deadlines
Students will be receiving their 2013-14 school year passport on either April 4th or 5th, and term 3 report card marks will be released to SchoolZone on April 8th.
The registration deadline will be Monday, April 15th, 2013. See our Registration page for more details.

Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences
Parents interested in meeting with teachers about second semester classes and marks from the Term 3 Report Card will have the opportunity to do so in both gyms on Wednesday, April 10 from 5:30 - 7:30 PM.
