Last year’s Shep graduate Hylann Ma is the recipient of this year’s International Language Award in Edmonton Public Schools.  Hylann has also won a one-year full scholarship to study at a university in China.  She is currently studying at Qingdao University.

15 students from our Chinese program also participated in a one-month study camp in China this past summer.

Four students have won second and third places in an international writing contest, organized by a magazine in Beijing, China.  Over 100,000 students from around the world participated in this competition. They are Olivia Ham, Andrea Wong, Vivian Zhang and Jacqueline Han.
